What a weekend for Jamie as he claims his 6^th championship. After his win in Phillip Island Jamie can no longer lose the championship as he is far enough ahead that it is certain he will win the championship. It was a nail biting finish but Jamie managed to finish third in race 1 and have a victory in race 2. Jamie only needed to finish the race ahead of Mark Winterbottom to claim his record 6^th championship. The race started off slow placing him behind his rival but one move changed it all on lap 4 with Jamie taking the lead. The weekend was a great success for Jamie as he claimed two podiums and a championship. Craig also had a great weekend with him a Jamie having the two fastest times in the practice race. The weekend saw Red Bull Racing Australia finish with a 1-2 finish at the Island. We wish the boys the best of luck and hope that Red Bull racing Australia has a strong finish right to the end.
