2015 MPE CQMX Round 6 – Rockhampton July 2015

Round 6 and final Round of the Central Queensland Series was held at Rockhampton on the weekend of 25/26 July. The weather held off making for a great weekend of racing.

Junior Lites 2/ Class – Bike: Yamaha 125

Race 1:              7^th                  Race 2:   7^th                 Race 3:               8^th                 Race 4: 8^th

Overall Position: 8^th

Junior Lites 4/ Class – Bike: Honda 250

Race 1:  5^th                  Race 2:              7^th               Race 3:  5^th                     Race 4:  6^th

Overall Position: 6^th

After six weekends of great racing the Central Queensland Series for 2015 draws to an end. I had some ups and few downs during the series but enjoyed every weekend. All the tracks in the Series were in great condition. Each club put a lot of work in to make racing safe and enjoyable, a big thankyou to all those involved. At the end of round six and with the points tallied I managed to make it into the top five with 5^th place in the Junior Lites 4/ Class. In the Junior Lites 2/ Class I just missed out on the top five getting 6^th place. I am proud of my achievement in this Series as most of the guys are very experienced riders and have been racing their whole lives.

I would like to thank you all for being there for me during this Series. My achievements have been possible because of your continued help and support. I really appreciate everything and am proud to have you as part of my team.

I now look forward to the final three Rounds of the Central Highlands Series, with the next Round being held at Clermont in a fortnight’s time.
